The programme covers a range of knowledge in mechanical engineering. Students can specialize in areas of interest such as aeronautical engineering, biomedical engineering, control and robotics, energy and environment, mechanics and materials, nanotechnology, product design and manufacture, and thermo-fluids.

The programme enables students to develop solid foundations in mechanical engineering through active learning, capstone experience, hands-on activities, internship and exchanges studies. Graduates have excellent career prospects in industries and research.
